The Polish study tour has begun and four students have arrived in Poland. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits, and after meeting their host families who welcomed them, they spent the weekend with their home stay families. First, the students will participate in a welcome ceremony at their sister schools, where they will give a speech and introduce themselves as representatives of both schools, followed by a presentation about their own school, which was created by our students. After the ceremony, there will be a workshop to introduce Japanese culture, and the “Sunflower for Life Project” donation and pictures entrusted to the visiting group will be handed over. They will also visit the birthplace of the great musician “Chopin. We hope that they will gain valuable and precious experiences until they return home.

去る27日（土）の深夜便で、4人の生徒がドバイを経由してポーランドのショパン国際空港に到着しました。何と、まる一日がかりのフライトでしたが、みんな元気そうで、お出迎えのホストファミリーに対面したのち、週末を各家庭で過ごしたとのことです。姫路とポーランドの首都ワルシャワとの時差は約7時間です（日本が7時間進んでいます）。

いよいよ、今日から公式行事が始まります。はじめに姉妹校であるワルシャワのナザレ校での歓迎セレモニーに参加し、両校代表挨拶と自己紹介、さらに本校生徒が制作した自校紹介のプレゼンテーションがあります。セレモニー後は、日本文化紹介ワークショップや訪問団に託された「命のヒマワリプロジェクト」義援金や絵をお渡しすることになることでしょう。また、偉大な音楽家「ショパン」の生家を訪問する予定です。6月7日帰国まで、価値ある貴重な体験を積んでくれることを願っています。親日国ポーランドとの交流は本校ならではの行事です。
