We were given time to introduce our school to the students of a local public junior high school. We visited this same school last year. This school is in close proximity to our school, and is within walking or cycling distance. Himeji International School includes a junior high school, which means that our school is a privately integrated junior and senior high school. 副校長の長谷川です。8日午後から近隣公立中学校入学説明会の開始時間前を利用し、本校の学校案内をさせていただきました。

これは、昨年度も校区にある姫路女学院として、公立中学校側が場と時間を提供してくださっています。地元の皆さんにとって徒歩・自転車で通学できる学校です。本校は中学部（中学校）を持つ中高一貫校であり、別称「HIMEJI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL」として、国際教養人をめざすグローバル社会に対応する学校であることを十分に知ってもらいたく、このように案内会を持たせていただきました。

例えば、ALTの軽快なトークと英語質問から、本校の特色ある授業「イングリッシュシャワー」 の一部分をご紹介できました。進学塾に行っていない児童の皆さんが、今から特別な準備をしなくても間に合う中学校入試です。興味・関心のある人は是非とも、本校にお問い合わせください（連絡先：生徒募集センター 079-224-1766）。
