From August 22nd to the 25th, students went to Korea to study culture, build relationships, and also strengthen our sister school bonds. Thirteen students gave a report about their trip to the principal. They felt the Korean students were kind and respectful, and possessed a positive attitude towards communication. During the their trip, our students prepared a presentation for the Korean students in English, that illustrated our country’s SDG issues. This was a good experience for them. The principal told them that the experience would contribute towards an enjoyable school life, and that it was also an important step to becoming internationally educated.

一昨日の9月27日（木）15時30分より、先月8月22日（火）～25日（金）に韓国ソウル市で啓星高等学校と本校とが姉妹校として連携協定を締結し、研修参加13名の生徒が現地交流及びお互いの文化に親しんだ成果について、一人ひとりが校長先生に報告しました。

報告からは生徒たちの成長が伺えました。同じ高校生として、韓国生徒の積極的なコミュニケーション力や本校生徒に対しすぐに心を開き楽しく学習する姿など、偏見を持たず人を受け入れるあたたかさや優しさを実感したようでした。それは、「経験してみることで、全く見方が変わった。」などの感想からも垣間見ることができました。SDGsを課題テーマにして準備してきたプレゼンを共通語の英語で堂々と発表するなど、本校生徒たちは将来につながる研修機会だったようです。校長先生からも、この貴重な経験をより充実した生活に繋げ、国際教養人としての歩みになるようにとアドバイスをいただきました。
